We offer a full range of Standard and High-Performance Machining Centers to meet your specific requirements.

CNC TURNING - Our Hardinge “Conquest 42’s” are late-model, state-of-the-art American made machines. Bar feed, 12 position turret, live tooling, sub-spindle, 5,000 RPM, chuck or collet w/tailstock and parts catcher. Repeatability is better than .0002.

CNC MILLING - We handle CNC milling on our American-made FADAL VMC’s. 10,000 RPM, 700 IPM rapid. Large 20" x 40" table, and optional 28” travel on the “Z” axis.

CONVENTIONAL MILLING - Our facility houses a full line of milling machines including:
• 5 Bridgeports, most with DRO.
• 1 Polamco/Mechanicy Vertical Mill, 18” x 80” table, with DRO precision for large capacity.
• 1 K & T Horizontal-Vertical Mill, 16” x 64” table.

THREAD CUTTING - Manu-Cycle Automatic Single-Point Threading Lathe:
• Inch and metric
• Left or right hand
• Automatically cuts “V,” Acme, buttress, etc.
• 3” spindle bore

SAW CUTTING - Production cutting:
• Wells Automatic Horizontal Bandsaw Model W-9 with 16” W x 12” H capacity.

HONING -
